DRAWN ARC STUD WELDING
The compact type units and microprocessor-based controlled stud welding units are designed for Drawn Arc stud welding with ceramic ferrule or shielding gas and short cycle stud welding with or without shielding gas. The welding time is continuously adjustable by the rotary knob on the front in compact-type units, while in other departments, Microprocessor control, continuous adjustment of welding current and time, as well as constant current regulation, ensure connection with the high performance of the unit optimum welding results and repeatability. The unit is easily operated by the very robust rotating pressure switch, all functions and parameters are shown on a big display.

CAPACITOR DISCHARGE STUD WELDING
The compact type stud welding units are designed for Capacitor Discharge stud welding. It convinces through easy operation and high welding quality. Through the electronically clocked inverter charging board, extremely short charging times and, thus, quick welding sequences are accomplished. The robust construction ensures high reliability and high power-on time. All functions are indicated by a arranged LED. The charging voltage is continuously adjustable by the rotary knob on the front.

BOLTE WELDING STUDS
According to DIN EN ISO 13918 (Welding – Studs and ceramic ferrules for arc stud welding) welding studs for drawn arc stud welding standardly have a pressed-in aluminium ball at the welding tip. This serves as flux for improved ignition and stabilization of the electric arc as well as for deoxidizing in the weld pool. Our threaded studs, internally threaded studs, non-threaded studs and similar welding elements are made from steel, strength class Mild Steel and Stainless Steel (suitable for welding) (according to DIN EN ISO 898-1, 3506-1) with excellent weldability. Shear connectors are made from S235J2+C450. The material specifications conform with DIN EN ISO 13918 and DIN EN ISO 14555. We may produce below types of weldable studs:

The welding table system sizes
The DEMMELER welding tables are available in the D28 system for large and heavy clamping and welding work, the D22 system for light and medium-heavy applications and the D16 system for small and light clamping and welding tasks. D28, D22 or D16 stands for the bore diameter of the system bores. Each welding table system has an extensive range of tools and accessories marked according to the respective system. Once you have decided on a system size, you can choose between different system grids for your welding table: PROFIPremiumLINE, PROFIPlusLINE, PROFIEcoLINE and HobbyLINE. The density of the bore pattern of the table top and table side plates significantly increases the expansion and clamping options.
